Opportunity at a Glance

The Sr. Contracts Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various initiatives related to contract management in support of the global sales teams.  This role is responsible for creating a contract repository of all Enterprise agreements within Salesforce, and building a formal contract renewal process with the necessary notifications, reports, and collaboration with the regional sales teams to ultimately improve the timeliness of our renewals.  Additionally, this role will play a pivotal role in growing our US government sector by supporting with the procurement of government tenders, and the management of all existing US government contracts. The person in this role will partner and maintain relationships between the regional sales teams and the ACAMS global operations teams. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our aggressive revenue growth objectives.


  • Support the execution of key commercial contracts by liaising between the regional sales teams, Legal, Operations, IT, and compliance on contractual questions and vendor questionnaires.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining a central repository of all ACAMS customer contracts.
  • Determine key contract terms and conditions and communicate pertinent information in the terms and conditions of each contract to appropriate end users.
  • Complete regular contract status reports which include upcoming enterprise contract renewals, and perform ad hoc contract reports to provide data to inform data driven decisions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gains an understanding of key functional areas (e.g. Legal; OEC; Marketing; Finance; Product; Service Operations); including cross-divisional and corporate-wide resources; to expand informational resource base and assist in problem solving.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-7 Years of experience in contract management.  Proven experience with a broad understanding of complex tenders and contracts is required.
  • Experience with US government contracting and applicable systems required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and affinity to dig deep into details.
  • Experience administering or closely working with Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Experience administering or closely working with the Agiloft contract management tool is preferred.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills (commercial, operational, organizational, global) and experience analyzing large data sets.
  • Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models preferred.
  • Related experience in contract development, redlining, legal terms review, negotiations, contract management.
  • Leadership and team-orientation to work in cross-functional teams to meet clearly defined objectives that benefit the company and customer.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
