Senior Manager, AFC Solutions

We are looking for a senior manager to play a pivotal role in reengineering the commercial model for ACAMS core AFC products and services. The role holder will have experience working within large, complex international enterprises such as financial institutions, consultancies, software vendors or other similar organisations, strong anti-financial crime expertise and ideally sound knowledge of how organisations are structured to fight financial crime. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and support the AFC Solutions Director in developing the Enterprise proposition for a range of holistic AFC solutions and packages oriented to distinct customer segments. The position will also hold responsibility for the current Enterprise package including reviewing utilization with a view to understanding the true value that clients derive from the product and inputting to strategies to maximize value for customers.

The role holder will work in close collaboration with other teams such as UX, Sales, Product Development, Editorial, Marketing, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts.

This position is remote/home office based with flexibility to work from one of ACAMS offices and must be located near a major financial hub in the UK, EU or US.  

• Develop and execute the roadmap to evolve the B2B Enterprise product into sustainable AFC solutions for distinct segments – leveraging ACAMS full AFC eco-system for example holistic learning, work force solutions, best practices and bespoke learning that incorporate thought leadership and the outputs of the editorial team
• Analyze and map products to markets and segments
• Identify opportunities and gaps for product/solution development
• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and oversee execution
• Oversee the delivery and development of the ACAMS webinar program structure to drive usage and sustainable value for member clusters and segments
• Oversee execution of webinars with the support of SMEs, Operations and Events
• Analyze custom training requests and provide oversight of proposal, pricing and execution
• Support sales enablement through training, client meeting support, initiatives for improved client experience
• Assist the AFC Solutions Director in the development of content and strategy for ACAMS anti-financial crime propositions
• Perform other duties as discussed and required by AFC solutions Director

• Degree/ Master’s Degree in business, law, finance, economics, politics and/or international relations, or other related fields
• Strong commercial acumen and product management expertise
• Experience of technical sales and/or large client facing roles beneficial
• Business requirements research and analysis
• Compliance/ anti-financial crime knowledge and experience
• Experience of service/solution design in large complex international organisations for example financial services, consulting, software
• Strong program management skills and ability to coordinate with multi-functional global teams
• Strong relationship building skills both with internal and external stakeholders
• Customer facing experience ideally at C-suite
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and ability to prioritize
• Proactive thinker with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be a fluent English speaker, additional modern languages preferred
• Ability to work flexible (off)hours when working on deadlines and occasionally in line with other ACAMS regions’ time zones
