Opportunity at a Glance

Supporting our sales team, this position will support internal and external customer requests through the maintenance of the company’s customer database by entering new and updated customer and account information and by answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests by email, phone, or chat working as a liaison between the sales manager and customer service.


  • Performs data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, and customer resource management (CRM) tools.
  • Provides customer service via phone, email, or chat by answering questions concerning corporate products, services, and accounts and by updating and maintaining customer data.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researches and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
  • Performs a quality assurance check of data entered.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Main liaison between sales manager and customer service.
  • Fulfill and support customer requests and orders.
  • Follows established department policies and procedures.


  • Location: Miami
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate (College courses preferred).
  • A minimum of two to three years clerical and administrative duties; this includes experience in data entry, primarily entering alpha and numeric data.
  • Fluent in Spanish, reading and writing.
  • Fluent in Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn quickly ACAMS products and services to better assist customer.
  • Strong customer service and people skills.
  • Keen problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to keep information strictly confidential.
  • Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
  • Must have strong prioritization skills and be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy work load.
