The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS®) seeks a Product Specialist to join its Product Management team. ACAMS is a global association of professionals in the Anti-Money Laundering/Financial Crime field. It has 26,000+ members working in financial institutions, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies in over 175 countries. ACAMS provides a tiered approach to training and education in AML/Financial Crime, including its flagship program - the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS®) qualification - and also organizes in-person training seminars and web seminars, conferences and other AML training events.

This position reports to the Exam Security Manager and requires excellent communication skills. The Product Specialist will support and contribute to the team through a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to, data asset management, exam publishing, exam security, invoicing, and special projects.


  • Manage digital assets, ensuring digital files are named and stored appropriately.
  • Maintain appropriate file permissions and usage rights for team digital assets.
  • Create and manage invoices and billing materials.
  • Input payment history, upcoming payment information, and other financial data into accounts.
  • Manage item bank systems, including importing, editing, and publishing exam items.
  • Coordinate with team members and outside vendors to publish exam content.
  • Monitor security reports, coordinating with Exam Security Manager, security vendors, and legal team to respond to exam security threats.
  • Perform quality assurance checks in all areas of responsibility.
  • Participate in special projects and complete other duties as assigned.




  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word; strong Excel and web-based applications/systems.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to perform in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Superior team skills with proven ability to effectively partner with internal team members, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and thoroughly; must be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and quality conscious.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, often under time constraints.
  • Project management experience preferred.
