Opportunity at a Glance

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Events marketing team. This includes all print production, collateral sites and customizable sites, and social media management. Additionally, this position assists with branding and execution of marketing activities and programs to drive attendance to company’s onsite events and project-based tasks for the domestic and international conferences.


  • Manages project-based tasks for domestic and regional conferences to assist marketing managers including, but not limited to: creative production of brochures, booths, journal, and newspapers.
  • Assist in execution of integrated marketing plans, copy and content for online, print, email and social media channels.
  • Responsible for working with vendors, quoting jobs, and executing print runs in a cost effective manner.
  • Manage channel social media plan/programs, as well as copy for all social media channels.
  • Develop content and copy for multi-channel marketing campaign.
  • Periodic maintenance, review and updating of all assets and materials for copy accuracy observing brand guideline.
  • Develop appropriate sales enablement tools including custom communications and collateral.
  • Manages creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Business/Marketing preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing, communications and/or event marketing experience
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Knowledge of creative process and print production technology
  • Ability to work independently at a fast pace 
  • Accuracy and accountability for work 
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented. 
  • Training skills – must be able to convey concepts/processes to others.
  • Produce and deliver reports (written/verbal) on various aspects of job to keep others informed
